Our Association is established in the year 1959 under AP Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. Chintapalli Achayya garu of Ajantha Hotel is the Founder President. KV Gopala Rao garu of Durga Bhavan is the Founder Secretary.
Other Founder Officer Bearers are: Kamineni Sambasiva Rao of Durga Coffe House is Vice President, K.Kanaka Raju of Hotel Ratna & P.Madhava Rao of Welcome Hotel are Joint Secretaries. K.S.Suryanarayana of Hotel Ashoka is Treasurer.
This association was formed to bring all the hotels under one legal entity to represent their problems and issues to the State Government and other departments.It was also formed with the objective of bringing friendship, brotherhood, cooperation among the hotels in Vijayawada.Subsequently many of our esteemed members worked for the unity of the hotels and solved many issues by representing them to government and other departments during their tenure as Office Bearers and Executive Members.
